What PostFlow does
PostFlow takes content produced in a ChatGPT conversation and publishes it, on a schedule you set, to one Facebook Page and one Instagram account per project. It acts on your behalf using permission you grant through those platforms, and only within that permission.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for that Google account and for anyone who can reach it. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
You must have the right to publish to the Pages and accounts you connect, and to use the content you schedule.
What you are responsible for
The content. PostFlow does not review, approve or edit what you schedule — it publishes what you tell it to, when you tell it to. You are responsible for it complying with the rules of the platforms it goes to, and with the law that applies to you.
The schedule. Posts publish according to the timezone set on the project. If that is wrong, posts go out at the wrong time.
Not using PostFlow to send spam, or anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing.
What PostFlow cannot promise
That a post will publish. Publishing depends on Facebook and Instagram accepting it. They can refuse content, revoke permission, rate-limit an account, change their rules, or be unavailable. When that happens PostFlow shows you what the platform said and lets you retry — it cannot overrule them.
That a connection will last. Access expires, and changing a password or removing the app ends it immediately. PostFlow will tell you a connection needs reconnecting; until you do, its posts will not go out.
Uninterrupted service. The service is provided as it is, without warranties. Maintenance and outages happen.
Publishing twice
When a previous attempt’s outcome is genuinely unclear — it may already have gone out — PostFlow refuses to retry on its own and asks you first, because guessing wrong would publish the same thing to your audience twice. If you confirm, you are accepting that risk.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to what you upload and publish. You grant PostFlow only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to transmit it to the platforms you have connected, at the times you have scheduled.
Ending it
You can stop using PostFlow at any time, disconnect any account, and ask for your data to be deleted — see the privacy page.
Posts already published stay on your Page. Removing PostFlow does not remove them, and PostFlow cannot remove them for you.
Access may be suspended where it is being used unlawfully, or in a way that puts the service or its other users at risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PostFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a platform refusing, delaying or removing a publication.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use PostFlow after that means accepting the revised version.
